Refund Policy

At UnMind – Counseling and Careers services, we believe that the refund policy is essential for providing clarity and transparency to clients about the financial aspects of the counselling relationship. Clients / visitors are advised to keep in mind that refund policies can vary depending on the specific practices and regulations of our individual counsellors. However, a generalized refund policy for our counselling services are as follows:

Initial Session and Consultation

We offer an initial counseling session or consultation in an online / offline mode, during which you have the opportunity to discuss your concerns and goals with the counselor. This session serves as an assessment to determine if our counseling services are a good fit for your needs.

Counseling Sessions

Following the initial session, counseling sessions are typically scheduled in advance based on your preferred time schedule selected by you. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide your counsellor at UnMind with at least 8 hours' notice to avoid being charged for the session.

Refund Policy

a. Unused Sessions: If you have purchased a counseling service or package and decide to discontinue counseling before utilizing all the sessions, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of unused or on prorate basis sessions at the time of the request.

b. No Refunds for Completed Sessions: We do not offer refunds for counseling sessions that have already been completed.

c. Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as a sudden illness or an emergency, we may consider providing a refund or accommodating the missed session in the future. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such circumstances.

Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an error or discrepancy in your billing, please contact UnMind Counseling Service within 24 hrs days of receiving the invoice to resolve the issue.

Changes to the Refund Policy

UnMind Counseling and Career Services reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through our website or other appropriate means.
